Sabine is a psychologist, working in the GB-GGZ in the Netherlands. Besides her work as a therapist, Sabine is committed to creating more awareness and openness regarding mental health. She hosts the podcast series PsychoLogisch Podcast, is active on social media, and writes and talks  about psychology. She shares her own experience, from her perspective as a therapist as well as patient. Because, yes, therapists go to therapy.

Sabine will talk about the mental health of psychologists, about the stigma people with mental health problems are exposed to and what we as psychologists can do about this.
