😂 Laughing Yoga 🧘♀️
Are you stressed out after your exam period, ✍️ and do you want to bring more laughter into your life? Then join us for Laughing Yoga might be the thing for you. Laughing Yoga is an excercise where anyone can laugh without relying on humour or jokes. Laughing yoga combines laughing with breathing exercises, decreasing cortisol and increasing dopamine and serotonin.
Come join us on the 5th of February to try this out for! Moreover, lunch and drinks will be provided. 🥪
