Easier said than done. But how you can manage that, you will learn in the Lunch Lecture about Mindfulness.
Dr. Ed de Bruin will teach you how to bring more mindfulness into your lives and why it is important. He is who amongst others specialized in the application of mindfulness in mental health care, he is a certified somnologist (sleep specialist), and mindfulness trainer. The presentation is supposed to calm you down a bit in this stressful exam period right now as you will also practice a mindfulness exercise during the lecture. So take a deep breath, be mindful and sign up!
